Egyptian mango, picked ripe and frozen in chunks
Sun-ripened Egyptian mango, peeled and diced at peak sweetness — ready for smoothies, desserts and juice all year round.
Egyptian mango has a short, glorious season — and frozen is how you keep it past summer. Montana's frozen mango is harvested at full ripeness, washed, peeled and cut into chunks, then IQF-frozen so the pieces stay separate and pour freely from the bag.
Because we freeze at the moment of peak ripeness, the sugar, aroma and deep colour are locked in. There is nothing added — no syrup, no sugar, no preservatives. For juice bars, pastry kitchens and home blenders, it means consistent mango flavour in January as good as the one you'd buy off a Cairo fruit cart in July.
It's the second fruit in our range alongside strawberry, and part of a deliberate expansion beyond vegetables into the frozen-fruit category our export partners have been asking for.
